Hosting
General conditions
- netfuse. does not allow any of the following content to be stored on your webspace:Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any UK legislation.Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of Streamline.Net.Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.
- Resources are defined as bandwidth, processor utilisation or disk space. netufse may implement the following policy to its sole discretion:When a website is found to be monopolising the resources available netfuse reserves the right to suspend that site immediately. This policy is only implemented in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of our servers. Customers may be offered an option whereby netfuse continues hosting the website for an additional fee.
- netfuse offers a guarenteed 99.9% uptime. This excludes any maintenance work. If any maintenance work is required to the server you are normally notified before hand and is carried out in the early hours. If netfuse fails to meets it's guarenteed 99.9% uptime it will offer a 50% discount for the next months hosting. This will be given out upon request.
- If you exceed your bandwidth quota your website will be suspended until the first of the next month. If you wish to increase any features of your hosting, this can be done at any time. Contact netfuse for more information.
Pricing policy and conditions
- All netfuse's prices are inclusive. You will not have to pay a penny more to the price advertised.
- If the price or packages ae changed during your period of hosting with us, your account will be change accordingly. This includes price increases. You will be notified 1 month in advance of the price increase.
- All netfuse's packagaes are contract free and you withhold the right to leave at anytime.
- If you are unsatisfied with netfuse's service you can get in touch where your case will be reviewed and a discount or refund may be issued. netfuse does not require to offer any refunds or discounts.
Support conditions
- You can contact netfuse via email, msn messenger, skype messenger or googletalk messenger for assistance with your hosting. Support is not always online and normally operates between 9am-10pm 7 days a week. This is not guarenteed although normally you will receive support within 1 hours of requesting it.
- Before contacting netfuse please ensure you have visited the aftersales FAQ which a link would have been emailed to you and found when you login to your account. Most common problems and questions have been posted there.
